If you are currently in hospital, you will work with the doctors and social services in the acute hospital to arrange for subsequent rehabilitation. For subsequent admission to the rehabilitation clinic, you will need an application for follow-up treatment (AHB application).

The social service at the Klinik Dr. Baumstark advises patients and their relatives on all pending decisions concerning the organisation and further care after their stay at the clinic. We answer socio-legal questions and clarify whether possible financial claims exist. In addition, we help you with reintegration into working life or with discharge from the clinic and aftercare.
Our social service provides you with assistance in organising everyday life at home. Questions about professional reintegration, chances of retraining or integration measures are addressed. The social service of the Klinik Dr. Baumstark will be happy to help you fill out the relevant applications.
Patients do not only want competent and comprehensive care during rehab. They also want to be prepared for the time after their stay in the clinic, not least to further consolidate their state of health and to know how they can best cope with the everyday life ahead.
Health is the prerequisite for quality of life and performance. We offer you a comprehensive medical check-up for prevention and early detection. Our team of doctors will help you determine your current state of health, identify existing risks in good time and then take appropriate action.
