The Klinik Dr. Baumstark is authorized according to § 107 para. 2 SGB V to carry out preventive, rehabilitation, and follow-up treatment measures. According to § 30/155 of the Trade Regulation Act, it has permission to operate as a private medical facility and is eligible for subsidies. With the health insurance associations in Hesse and the German Pension Insurance Federation, there is a supply contract according to § 111 para. 3 SGB V. Members of statutory health insurance and the German Pension Insurance Federation can receive benefits for preventive care (§ 23 para. 3 SGB V), rehabilitation (§ 40 SGB V), and follow-up treatment at the Klinik Dr. Baumstark.
